Isn’t that what we’ve all became entrepreneurs for?

Not too long ago, I’ve been exactly where you are right now: I used to be a total workaholic, working at least 60 hours per week, often more.

When I started to take my first side hustle serious, I realized that this approach wouldn’t get me far. In fact, I’d probably just burn out and end up in a hospital or similar…

So, I had to make some drastic changes! Here’s my story…

How I almost became an attorney…

When I was about 16 I decided that I wanted to become an attorney. So, I went to law school and I was ultra determined to get good grades and pass the bar exam asap.⁠

Unfortunately, I didn’t know how to be efficient with my time. I had no structure and lacked the ability to prioritize. ⁠

As a result, I had to study about 3 times as much as my friends and still got worse grades.⁠

You can imagine how frustrating that was…⁠

For a really long time I was always busy (people were worried that I’d suffer from a burn out on a regular basis) but rarely productive.⁠ And because I didn’t really have any good time management in place, I’ve quickly been known as a workaholic…⁠

And boy, did I take pride in that! I honestly thought that you needed to hustle hard to achieve anything in life. So, I was proud to be working non-stop!

It was only when I started my first blog (Dogpackr) on the side of my day job as a lawyer that I realized something had to change. I knew I had to uplevel my productivity because it’s impossible to work long hours, have a side business and still actually have a social life.

Plus, I needed to have a plan, a vision for where I was going. And then I needed systems and processes to be able to focus on the tasks that really move the needle instead of drowning in all the noise and busy work.

So, that’s what I did. I developed systems, tested productivity hacks, tried different routines and finally developed a structured approach to get more done in less time so that I can actually enjoy my life.⁠

Once I managed to automate the majority of my first blog, I started my second business as a Productivity and Lifestyle Design Coach at Habitsinprogress.com.

I’m now running 2 businesses while still working 80% in my day job, all of that in about 40 hours per week.

My passion is helping entrepreneurs and top-level professionals achieve similar results.
